MOBILE MEDIA: In emerging markets, the Internet grows slower than Mobile Media

The worldwide appetite for information and communication seems unlimited. Smart phones - lead by Apple's iPhone - have made the Internet mobile and create new growth of media consumption in developed countries.

 

The emerging markets with thier growing middle class now see a reverse trend: Mobile Media show faster growth than the Internet. A phenomenon that is called "reverse innovation", as Nielsen reports in its blog:
