The “Skiservice Magazine” 2018 has been published. In its tenth issue, the magazine portrays Olympic champion Bode Miller, fashion pioneer Kaspar Frauenschuh and Kjus CEO Nico Serena. As always, the ski service magazine created in the region offers large photo galleries from the Upper Engadin and tips for guests and locals.

Olympic champion Bode Miller calls for free skiing for children: If children and young people experience the joy of snow sports at a very young age, they would remain loyal to the sport afterwards, says the American ski star, who has just retired from active competitive sports, in the new “Ski Service Magazine.”
The 150-page magazine offers a mix of portraits of well-known personalities, sports and fashion photo series as well as tips for guests and locals for winter in the Engadin.
In a portrait, Kitzbühel-based fashion pioneer Kaspar Frauenschuh describes the social responsibility of the clothing industry. As a successful fashion entrepreneur, he not only wanted to buy his raw materials responsibly, but also to pay wages that employees could live on.
Kjus CEO Nico Serena describes how his Swiss SME has managed to amaze experts with a world first that brings the ski sweater from the 1980s into the 21st century.
From Engadin people for Engadin
The Skiservice Magazine has just been published for the tenth time. In a circulation of 15,000 copies, it is published in many hundreds of hotel rooms in the Engadin and all 13 ski service branches and shipped to Skiservice customers. Since 2009, it has developed into a popular seasonal magazine in Graubünden.
“The portraits in our anniversary edition show interesting personalities who have something to say about sport, fashion and the active lifestyle in the mountains,” says Ski Service Managing Director Conradin Conrad. “And because our magazine is made by locals, you can always find real secret tips in it.”
Skiservice Magazin is a magazine written by Engadin people for the Engadin. With photo series by local photographers Gian Giovanoli and Romano Salis, stories by Christian Gartmann, arrangements by Semira Bontognali, translations by Isabel Wenger and graphic design in the overall concept of the St. Moritz agency Design Terminal under Gian Reto Furger.
