Argentinean professional mountain biker Pablo Seewald is at the center of the “Patagonia — Engadin” portrait. In Bariloche in Patagonia, he discovered mountain biking and became one of the best in downhill skiing. He now lives in Silvaplana with his young family, works as a bike mechanic at Skiservice and competes in the European Cup. In Skiservice Summer Magazine, he describes his love for sport and his favorite routes in the Engadin.

The magazine's traditionally strong photo reports show fashion, sporting goods and ski service accessories at original locations in the region, combined with report texts and tips for leisure and holidays in the most beautiful high valley in the world. The texts are by Christian Gartmann, the pictures by the Engadin photographer Gian Andri Giovanoli.

“The beauty of summer in Engadin is still far too little known,” says Ski Service Managing Director Conradin Conrad, who has been publishing the successful magazine for eleven years. “Our magazine is also sent in large editions to the lowlands and is thus intended to make a small contribution to ensuring that our numerous winter guests also regard and enjoy our valley as a summer destination.”

The Skiservice Summer Magazine 2018 has been published in an edition of 10,000 copies. Almost half are shipped to customers outside the Engadine. It is located in numerous Engadin hotels and ski service branches in Surlej, Silvaplana, St. Moritz Signal and Pontresina.
