50 days before the start of the Snow Polo World Cup 2015, St. Moritz is celebrating its polo players: The new “Polo Bar” was opened in the Cascade restaurant in the presence of all active and former Engadin polo players.

“The Cascade is like a good polo tournament: Locals and guests have always met here,” says organizer Reto Gaudenzi. “Here, at Reto Mathis, you can eat and party well, there is no better place where polo enthusiasts can meet all year round.”

The 31st Snow Polo Tournament on Lake St. Moritz promises a lot not only socially but also sportively: Eight out of 16 players have a handicap of 6 or more, the team handicaps are between 14 and 16.

Tournament starts on Friday, January 30

The tournament will be opened by last year's winner Jonathan Munro Ford (0/AUS) and his team Cartier (team handicap 16). He is trying to achieve the hat trick and win the tournament for the third time in a row after 2013 and 2014.
