Che Banca! is intended to change the way banks work with their customers. The website and branches also testify to new, customer-focused approaches. Already the website www.chebanca.it Its look & feel is more reminiscent of an Apple Store than of a financial institution.

And in stores, too, the new ideas go far beyond modern styling. You can look for classic bank counters at Che Banca! In vain; instead, customer advisors and customers meet in open spaces. They sit down together at a table in decidedly informal consultation lounges or sit together at a computer terminal.
