Dr. Afschien Arefzadeh becomes chief anesthetic doctor at the Gut Fläsch Clinic. He has been working regularly as a substitute doctor at Klinik Gut St. Moritz since 2008 and will be working in anesthesia and pain management from April 1.

Dr. Arefzadeh (57) was born in Iran and studied medicine in Germany. He came to the hospital in Thusis (GR) in 2008 as a senior physician and later became chief physician of the local anesthetic. In 2017, he went to the Berit Clinic in Appenzell's Speicher. Klinik Gut is not new to him: since 2008, he has been working regularly as a substitute doctor at Klinik Gut in St. Moritz. On April 1, he will move to Klinik Gut Fläsch (GR), where, in addition to anesthesia, he will also set up a range of pain management services. “We are delighted that we are working with Dr.
Arefzadeh was able to recruit a colleague for Klinik Gut, whom we have known for over 10 years and highly appreciate,” says Dr. med. Andi Grünenfelder, chief anesthetic physician at Klinik Gut. “He has extensive experience as an anesthetist, emergency doctor and in pain management.” “Klinik Gut Fläsch is not only the most modern orthopedic clinic in south-eastern Switzerland,” says Dr. Afschien Arefzadeh. “The medical team includes specialists for every joint in the body. Their experience and individual, very personal care for patients make Klinik Gut one of the country's top addresses for orthopedics.”
