The “Serletta Süd” project for a health hotel and a new Gut clinic in St. Moritz has overcome a very important hurdle. In a landmark ruling, the Administrative Court dismissed all appeals from the project opponents. Project owner Chris Silber St. Moritz AG and Klinik Gut remain open to a negotiated solution in the interests of the location.

The opportunities for St. Moritz to enter modern health tourism are intact. The administrative court of the canton of Grisons has dismissed the complaints filed by four residents against the Serletta Süd project. Although this judgment can still be referred to the Federal Supreme Court, it will only deal with any procedural issues.
“The Administrative Court has reviewed the project and the numerous objections raised by residents very comprehensively. It clearly supports St. Moritz's popular will and the corresponding decisions of the municipality and the government,” summarizes Dr. Martin Meyer, CEO of project owner Chris Silber St. Moritz AG. “The project is of great importance for tourism in St. Moritz and the entire canton.”
“The implementation of Serletta Süd is in the interest of the entire town: With the health hotel and a new Klinik Gut, St. Moritz is able to get started in modern health tourism,” underlines Dr. Adrian Urfer, delegate from Klinik Gut AG. “All parties are now called upon to sit down at a table and work on a negotiated solution in the spirit of St. Moritz.”
