On the northern tip of Graubünden and the southern tip of St. Gallen, there are two internationally renowned medical centers less than 3 km as the crow flies, which take care of the human musculoskeletal system: Clinic Bad Ragaz for the highest level of rehabilitation expertise and Klinik Gut Fläsch as the most modern orthopedic clinic in the region. The two companies are now joining forces to provide their patients with even better advice and care.

Dr. med. Beat Schmid, the medical director of Klinik Gut Fläsch, will also be offering consultations directly at Clinic Bad Ragaz from August. This enables guests to Grand Resort Bad Ragaz to obtain expert information about a surgical procedure. He advises patients on possible orthopedic treatments and monitors the healing process following surgery.

“Orthopedic patients with musculoskeletal disorders in particular are happy when they don't have to come to us specifically for consultations and aftercare by the treating surgeon, but can stay in the house. At Clinic Bad Ragaz, we have also found a partner who, with his therapeutic expertise, offers the best conditions for an optimal healing process.”

“Klinik Gut is known for its excellent surgery and in Bad Ragaz we offer first-class, tailor-made therapeutic services and sustainable intensive care, which we put together individually for each patient,” says Prof. Beat A. Michel about the new cooperation.

“The new collaboration enables our patients to return to their usual world of life and work even better,” says the medical director of the Clinic for Musculoskeletal and Internist-Oncological Rehabilitation.

Both those responsible at Klinik Gut and Clinic Bad Ragaz are delighted with this intensified and future-oriented partnership for patients.
