Where does the Engadin start?

Skiservice has just published the second edition of its summer magazine for guests and locals. Tips and images of biking and hiking tours are at the centre of the magazine, coupled with the latest fashion for the summer of 2019.

Summers in the mountains are becoming increasingly popular with guests around the world. With both these guests and locals in mind, Skiservice has created a summer magazine full of tips and useful information for hiking and biking tours along with striking images.

The reader will find the answer to the question about the beginning of the Engadin in the feature on the hike up to the Lake Cavloccio from Maloja. From the moulins, or glacier potholes, in Maloja to the refreshing dip in the lake, the piece has many secret tips in store. Next, the summer magazine takes the reader on four, very different bike tours – with choices from «laid-back» to «utterly challenging», and «all flat» to «up steep» – giving you a grasp of the biking eldorado that the Engadine is.

The stunning photo spreads that we have come to expect from the Skiservice's magazine portray their leisure apparel, sports gear and accessories at authentic locations in the region, combined with features and tips for vacation and leisure activities in the world's most beautiful alpine valley. The high-quality magazine is also expedited to readers across Switzerland – doing its bit to promote the valley of the Upper Engadine as a summer destination to its many visitors in wintertime.

The circulation of the Skiservice Summer Magazine 2019 is 10,000 copies. Close to half are sent to clients outside of the Engadin. It is also on display, where free copies can be picked up, at many hotels in the Engadin as well as the Skiservice shops in Surlej, Silvaplana, St. Moritz Signal, and Pontresina.
