Only transparent Communication can build Trust

In the midst of its nuclear disaster, Japan sees two worlds clashing: The government – traditionally trying not to lose its face – does not want to inform the public on too many nasty things. And the people of Japan – assisted by the media and politicians – want the cover-ups to end and demand for transparent information.
