RE/MAX Switzerland launches Social Media presence with gartmann.biz

RE/MAX Switzerland launches its presence in social media networks with a national Social Media Day addressed to all its estate agents. This event marks the culmination of the launch and intends to immerse the independent realtors of the leading Swiss real estate agent into the pro-active use of social media networks. In-house and external experts on the subject not only gave presentations on topical issues but were also available to give practical assistance to the participating agents on the creation of their own Social Web presence.

More than 250 agents attended the conference held at the Swiss Museum of Transport’s conference centre in Lucerne. On the programme were numerous speeches from experts in theory and application of Social Media. The tenor was clear: Social Media create a higher market transparency and challenge the service industry to provide still higher quality. Case studies exemplified how Social Media can actively support a business venture.

 

RE/MAX Switzerland’s new facebook page as well as those of numerous regional RE/MAX agents and offices, of course, held centre stage at the one-day congress. They mark the start of RE/MAX Switzerland’s comprehensive Social Media initiative. RE/MAX Switzerland developed its Social Media Strategy with the support of gartmann.biz; its facebook pages were implemented by the Olten based agency mysign.ch
